          Pregnancy is a beautiful experience, however, the changes that a woman often goes through can be trying both physically and emotionally. Prenatal massage focuses on the particular needs of the mother-to-be. Special attention is paid to areas of the body that are especially under extra strain. Prenatal massage is a therapeutic bodywork that enhances joint and muscle movement, helps to improve pregnancy related fatigue, and improves circulation. A pregnancy massage pillow is used in this massage so it can be face down if the mother-to-be prefers.

• 50 Minute Deep Tissue Massage Session                                    $128

          Breathe deep and allow yourself to be fully worked out. Our Deep Tissue massages are designed to relax you but also target any specific tension points with sustained deep pressure strokes. Deep tissue massage is not for everyone but if you are a "Deep Tissue person" you know it and we are capable of providing just what you need.
