Since 2008, I've been a licensed massage therapist, but my passion for relieving pain through touch began in childhood when a family member was badly injured in a car accident. I hold a Complete Lymphatic Therapist certification from the esteemed Norton School of Lymphatics and am a John Barnes® Level II Certified Myofascial Release Therapist. Additionally, I'm certified to perform intraoral work to alleviate TMJ disorder pain. My skills were further enhanced in Vail, CO, where I collaborated with a local physical therapy clinic and worked with world-renowned athletes. My certifications, technical expertise, and experience at a top Forbes-listed spa inspired the refined concept of the Little Massage Trailer and equipped me with the integrative techniques I bring to each session to promote your well-being through therapeutic touch tailored to your body's needs.

Myofascial Release John Barnes Approach®Myofascial release is a safe and effective therapy that consists of a gentle application of sustained pressure into fascial restrictions. This pressure interacts with the piezoelectric characteristics of the fascial system allowing fascial restrictions to be elongated and released; relieving pain and restoring movement and proper function to the musculoskeletal system.

Lymphatic Drainage Session Foeldi MethodLymphatic drainage is a specialized, gentle touch therapy that stimulates the lymphatic system to enhance fluid flow, detoxify the body, reduce swelling, and improve overall health. It uses rhythmic movements to naturally drain lymph, remove toxins, reduce edema, boost immunity, and improve circulation, leaving you refreshed and revitalized.

Intraoral Massage for TMJ DisorderIntraoral massage is a therapeutic technique that targets the muscles inside the mouth with a gloved hand to alleviate pain and discomfort associated with TMJ disorder. Our approach blends myofascial release with traditional massage techniques to relieve muscle tension and fascial restrictions. The stand-alone session is conducted fully clothed and concentrates solely on the muscles linked to TMJ disorder. Meanwhile, the 10-minute addition is integrated into your bodywork session, utilizing some of the bodywork time along with the extra 10 minutes to achieve a comprehensive body treatment and a complete 25-minute TMJ session.

WHAT'S INSIDE?
The Little Massage Trailer was created to prioritize privacy, luxury, and comfort. Despite its compact size, it offers two rooms that feel remarkably spacious. The trailer is outfitted with heating and air conditioning, adjustable lighting, a heated table, and extra comfortable sheets.
